There will be 89 rooms (including one two-room Neptune Suite with a private terrace) located on four floors of the building. A restaurant with a view of the Old Town will be built on the fifth floor.

The hotel’s interiors are a combination of wood, gray and beige with stronger color accents, including orange and yellow.
