Retro reimagined, color, and texture – a summary of Architect@Work 2026 in Warsaw
This year’s edition of the Architect@Work trade fair in Warsaw is now behind us. For four years now, we have been regularly participating in this event to showcase our latest innovations and proprietary solutions. We have just wrapped up another few intense days filled with fascinating conversations about design and contemporary interiors.
This year, our presentation touched upon the theme of refreshed retro – we decided to demonstrate the immense potential that lies in the bold use of color and texture. At our stand, we presented two solutions that perfectly align with this aesthetic direction.
The CAPSA Model: Oval and Fluted Glass
We showcased the CAPSA model integrated into a wall panel system. The element that drew the most attention was the oval glazing featuring fluted glass. It is a subtle nod to classic design, yet delivered in a very modern, clean form. The fluted texture of the glass plays with light in an intriguing way and gently blurs contours, adding lightness and depth to the interior.

New Arrival: FLUSH Doors designed by Studio Politowicz Our second premiere was a model designed in collaboration with Studio Politowicz. This proposition was created for spaces where doors are meant to serve as a distinct decorative accent.
-
The Base: Natural Finnish birch veneer with a beautiful grain pattern.
-
The Color: A deep cornflower blue shade achieved through a water-based dye, which colors the material without masking its natural texture.
-
The Detail: A horizontal burgundy insert that geometrically breaks up the entire surface.
The unexpected combination of cornflower blue and burgundy against the backdrop of noble wood is our way of introducing color into interiors in an elegant, yet unconventional manner.
