SKALAR OFFICE CENTER

The project’s potential stems, among other things, from the combination of attractive form, technology, good accessibility to the city centre, airport, railway station and motorway. Skalar Office Center is owned by PBG Dom Spółka z o.o., the development arm of the PBG capital group, which in Poznań is responsible, among other things, for the Quadro House residential complex near Lasek Marceliński.
The building is one of the winners of the award for best architectural design in the Office Architecture category of the European Property Awards. These awards have been held for 17 years in cooperation between Bloomberg Television and Google in the residential and commercial property categories.
