POD GIEWONTEM APARTMENTS
INSPIRATION: The investor’s assumption was to create a unique and uncommon space, fitting into the climate of Podhale, and at the same time modern, comfortable and luxurious. When designing the interiors, we were guided by inspirations from different parts of the world. We wanted each owner of the property, as well as the guest to feel unique and different from everywhere. This is how the Aspen-style interiors were created.
PROJECT CHALLENGES: The challenge was to compress all the ideas, inspirations and visions of both the investor and our team into one coherent whole. Through hard work, the assumptions were realized. It was important to perfectly combine the mountain atmosphere with modern style. It’s easy to cross the line of balance between such different styles. We combined raw concrete, industrial lighting, a modern, all-glass elevator with stone floors and the soul of the building which is beautiful, carefully selected, original wooden amphibians from old Zakopane cottages. The design of the Penthouse apartment was also a challenge. At 120 sqm, we created a space unlike any other. It was to be grand, exclusive and comfortable – you can feel the effect.
OUR PRIDE: These are harmonious, cohesive interiors that fully characterize the style of our studio. We took care of every detail, from the use of the latest materials such as quartz sinters or a fully automated space with modern technology, to cutlery or unusual pillows. We are proud of the interior of the Penthouse and the corridors – clean in form, with soul, yet modern. We complement the excellent quality of the beautiful, modern entrance doors to the apartments, paintings and decorations. Also noteworthy is an apartment in the style of the exclusive Aspen, on a smaller area, domesticated and cozy. Also interesting is the duplex apartment located on the top floor, beautiful and as exclusive as the others.
CHOICE OF INTER DOOR DOORS: Since the project was created on a grand scale, the materials used had to be of the best quality and beautiful at the same time. The choice of INTER DOOR doors for us was natural. We knew their quality, technical capabilities of production, huge range of colors, structures, hardware and excellent cooperation. In the project we planned doors and bands of non-standard dimensions. Making them to special order was not a problem. We needed solid, simple, elegant and black doors – we found all this at INTER DOOR and once again the company met our expectations. The simple black slope of the sash blends perfectly with the warm, old wood of the amphibians. They play perfectly with the raw form of concrete, stone or glass and match perfectly with what you can see behind the door. Again, luxury, panache and a mountain vibe. We needed an exclusive door and that’s what we got.
